This online declaration form must be used to declare all horses for T.I.P. Championships and the Thoroughbred Premier Show Series Preview Show (TPSS Preview). This form should be used for 1) horses that are automatically qualified and 2) horses that require a Hardship Request to qualify (more information on qualifying and hardship requests here) and 3) horses participating in the TPSS Preview Novice Rider and Green Horse classes. All forms and information must be submitted electronically. After qualifying for the Championships or completing the horse shows required for a hardship request, owners and riders must submit this form. Note - this is not an entry form. All entries will be submitted with payment through Event Entries. After submitting the declaration form, you will receive notification of status via email. T.I.P. Championships is open to qualified and declared horses only.

• Novice Rider and Green Horse classes at the TPSS Preview do not require qualification but do require a declaration form. Select the Green Horse or Novice Rider classes under Divisions, and include any horse show where the horse or rider participated where required to complete the form.
